I've found if the "on-demand" settings are different across devices and you edit a file on one which is not synced automatically you can start to see multiple files with the same name in the cloud (and synced devices) with the computer name appended to the end of the file. Eg. test.txt normally but text.txt (DELLI7) or test.txt (ASUS8CORE). But if they are all synced the same that nonsense doesn't happen.
