00:28:17	Lawrence Patterson:	In regards to setting up a Microsoft Account, select that you're joining a domain, then it'll prompt for a local account (including providing the 3 questions).  No it doesn't try to access a domain, you have to do that separately and if you're in a home environment, it's no issue.
