Heron Road Community Centre The Heron Road Community Centre, 1480 Heron Road, is on the south side of Heron Road, approximately 1.2 km west of Walkley Road, and 0.5 km east of Alta Vista. Check out Google Maps for a map of the location and a satellite image of the neighbourhood. The map is scalable using the navigation system provided on Google's web page. Note the selection boxes in the top-right corner of the map for "Map", "Satellite", and "Hybrid" (a combination of a map overlaid on a satellite image). Note also that driving directions are available from your residence. Clicking on the red positional marker will produce a pop-up window that allows you to select: "Directions - To here". Once you have found the building, enter the main door (at the right end of the front facade), and use either the elevator or the stairs to ascend to the third floor where you will find the Amphitheatre.
